We recently videotaped a series of inspirational employee interviews for NetApp! They were just recognized by the by The Best Place To Work Institute as 2nd Best Place To Work in Canada and 3rd worldwide. Great stories about the culture of this quickly growing company. These videos will serve as part of their 2012 Submission to Best Place To Work Institute. They are also planning to create an archive of employee interviews that will have a variety of purposes down the road for HR and employee recruitment.

IFA: World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Presentations

We recently recorded keynote speaker presentations at the International Federation on Ageing’s 2011 World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. For this event video we videotaped approximately 240 minutes of keynote presentations, then edited them to include the presenters’ PowerPoint slides in a split screen. All this video material was provided to the client for on demand web playback as well as on a menu driven DVD. Capturing the event will afford many more people the opportunity of sharing the knowledge and ideas.

CBCF: 25th Anniversary Gala Presentation

Screened at CBCF’s 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner, these three gala presentation videos entitled: The Beginnings, The Voices of Breast Cancer and Creating a Future Without Breast Cancer delivered an intimate perspective of the disease through the eyes of CBCF founders, patients, their families as well as leading researchers and physicians. We video taped over 20 interviews, at a variety of locations throughout Southern Ontario capture the content for these short emotionally charged videos.

Through the use of industry standard e-learning applications, the module presents viewers with written and audio content. Recapping with quiz questions serves to reinforce learning and retention. Links 2 Care: Community Programs Video

Links2Care, a community support agency located in the Halton Region, engaged us recently to produce a series of videos outlining the range of services the agency provides. Through client testimonials and site visits, these videos show the positive impact the agency, its programs and volunteers are having in the community. The video project was delivered on an interactive DVD that can play a specific service and program, or show the whole range of programs they deliver. This flexibility allows Links 2 Care to present the video in a variety of settings customized for specific audiences. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to help Links2Care achieve their goals.

We successfully completed several intense shoot days capturing a wide variety of workplace environments. These included scenes of people working in office and boardroom settings, a restaurant kitchen and espresso bar, a picture framing workshop, steel manufacturing, product warehousing and shipping. We covered a lot of territory in three shoot days! Working with the latest HD DSLR Cameras and HMI lighting, the footage was carefully lit to add impact and drama to each scene. We’ve just completed two intensive weeks of videography for CBCF’s 25th anniversary. We conducted 20 interviews in several Southern Ontario locations, capturing an extensive archive of stories that portray the founding and history of the CBCF, patients and families who have battled breast cancer and the role the foundation has played over the past 25 years in creating awareness and funding of critical research into the disease which touches so many Canadian women and their families. It has been a very emotional journey and we look forward to seeing these videos help make an impact.

This interactive CD-ROM was part of a new card product launch. Created as a direct mailer to attract new card members the CD incorporates television commercials, credit card details, interactive puzzles and games, points calculator, automatic card selector as well as links to online application forms. We also created an online tracking engine to track the statistics on usage and page views.
